Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

- PawHaven is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors outside our control
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot redirect packages once shipped
