30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

  2. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at juanjuniorpavon@gmail.com with:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away β€” no return required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging

Late or Missing Refunds
