Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. A standard shipping fee applies to orders under $50.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to track your package online anytime.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at juanjuniorpavon@gmail.com.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at juanjuniorpavon@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
